In oven, set on low, place Le Waf waffles
Warm until heated through and beginning to brown (do not flip)
In center of plate, place one Le Waf waffle, toasted side down In center of Le Waf waffle, place vanilla ice cream
With toasted side up, shingle second waffle on ice cream
Drizzle caramel sauce in a zig-zag over Le Waf waffles and ice cream
Evenly sprinkle candied bacon over caramel sauce, Le Waf waffles and ice cream
In corner of plate, place orange slice and top with the raspberries and whipped cream
Candied Bacon can be closely replicated by cooking “thick-cut sugar-cured” bacon until crisp. While still warm, rough chop the bacon and sprinkle it with granulated sugar, approximately 1 TBL for every 2-3 slices.
