Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted— reuse or resale of returned items is not permitted, even if products are unopened.
If your order has arrived with defective, inedible, or contaminated goods, please let us know as soon as you receive the package. Take pictures to document the condition of the item(s) when it arrived. Hang onto any enclosed packing slips and return labels.
Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item, do not open it. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.
We do our best to minimize product breakage in transit; however, waffles can experience some breakage during shipping. If your food product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
For damaged products that are not purchased directly from Le Waf (i.e. grocery store, vendor, etc), please contact the store where the original purchase was made. In most instances, you may be asked to provide your original sales receipt.
