Either from our convenient pre-portioned frozen dough or using our easing to make dry mix, our line of dough product will help you reach waffle perfection.

  • Our frozen dough is perfect if you are looking for ease of use. As a proof and bake concept, just take the pre-portioned dough balls out of the freezer, place them on a tray or sheet pan and let proof for 6 to 8 hours at room temperature... Voila: dough is ready to bake.
    Great consistency, perfect portion control, 100% inventory control, 0% food lost. This is a perfect option for businesses moving larger volume of product or operators aiming for ease of operation and fast production.

  • Our dry mix offers the same great tasting product while eliminating the need for frozen storage. Additionally, it offers savings in term of product, shipping and inventory costs, and gives you the flexibility to prepare dough on your own schedule. Last but not least, it allows you to produce dough balls sized to your requirements and give you the opportunity to add unique, original ingredients to our mix: chocolate chips, rum-raisin, jalapeños and dry tomatoes, etc.
    A mixer with a dough hook and water is all that is required. To optimize production and minimize end-user mistakes, we custom pack the dry mix to the size of your mixer's bowl. With 3 sizes currently available (5 quart KitchenAid, 20/30 quart or 60 quart), our dry mix is the preferred option for business retailing less volume or cost conscious operator looking to minimize food costs.
