What makes Le Waf so delicious?

First, we use a yeasted dough and not a liquid batter to make our artisan waffles.

Our other secret is the European pearl sugar we fold into the dough. While melting during the baking process, it gives our authentic Liège waffle its unique caramelized and crunchy texture. The result: an addictive taste and unbelievable flavor that will bring Customers back over and over again.

Our dough and waffles come in 2 sizes (4 oz. and 2,5 oz.) and in different flavors: chocolate chips, peanut butter, cinnamon, and strawberry. Since our chef always comes up with new recipes, make sure to keep an eye out for the newest and latest flavor.

In addition to frozen dough, our product line includes dry mix, as well as food service/bulk, cellophane single wrapped, oven-able wrapped and retail packaged waffles.

Finally, because your waffle is only as good as your waffle iron, we proudly and exclusively recommend waffles irons that are NSF-approved equipment. That is the very best on the market and will give you peace of mind for many years to come.
